PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING.

1. ABOUT US

1.1 Prize Collective (“Promoter” “we” “us” “our”) is a company registered in England and

Wales with company number 16585180, registered office Suite 105, Fence House, Fence

Avenue, Macclesfield, Cheshire, SK10 1LT. We operate prize competitions at selected events

and via our apps and website www.prizecollective.com (the “Website”).

2. APPLICABILITY AND ACCEPTANCE

2.1 By using our Services (see clause 2.2 below for the definition of 'Services'), you agree to be

legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, which comprise:

(a) these Terms of Use;

(b) any rules applicable to specific Competitions (“Competition Rules”);

(c) any terms applicable to promotional activities (“Promotional Terms”).

Together, these constitute the “Terms and Conditions”

2.2 The Terms and Conditions apply whenever you access or use the Website, register for an

account, enter a Competition, purchase Tickets, participate in promotional activities, or

otherwise interact with our Services.

2.3 Each Competition may have its own Competition Rules, which form additional terms and

conditions specific to that Competition.

2.4 Promotional activities (such as loyalty schemes, vouchers, discounts) will have their own

Terms, made available on the Website.

2.5 In case of conflict between these documents, the order of priority will be: Promotional Terms,

then Competition Rules, then these Terms of Use.

3. CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

3.1 We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time, including to comply with legal

changes. We will endeavour to notify you of material changes in advance where reasonably

possible. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the

updated terms.

4. ELIGIBILITY

4.1 The Services are intended for residents of the UK.

4.2 You must be at least 18 years old to participate. By registering, you confirm that you are 18

or over and have capacity to contract.

4.3 You confirm that you are not breaching any law by accessing or using the Services from

your jurisdiction.

4.4 You must not use the Services from prohibited jurisdictions, including but not limited to

Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Venezuela, Crimea, Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia,

Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, Congo, Guinea, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya,

Mali, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, South Sudan, Tunisia, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

4.5 If we become aware that you are accessing the Services unlawfully or from a prohibited

jurisdiction, we may revoke your participation and withhold or recover prizes.

5. LICENCE TO USE THE SERVICES

5.1 Subject to your compliance, we grant you a limited, revocable, personal, non-exclusive,

non-transferable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5.2 You shall not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works unless expressly

permitted.

5.3 All content and intellectual property rights in the Services are owned by the Promoter or

licensors.

6. ACCESS AND AVAILABILITY

6.1 We will use reasonable skill and care to provide the Services but do not guarantee

uninterrupted, error-free access or virus-free operation.

6.2 We reserve the right to correct errors, fix bugs, improve security, and modify the Services,

with or without prior notice.

6.3 We may restrict or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for legal reasons.

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

7.1 You agree not to engage in activities including, but not limited to:

(a) Fraud, collusion, or cheating;

(b) Providing false information;

(c) Interfering with or disrupting our systems;

(d) Using malicious software;

(e) Breaching security measures;

(f) Data mining or scraping;

(g) Collecting personal data of others;

(h) Developing unauthorised applications;

(i) Harassment or unlawful conduct;

(j) Breaching age restrictions or jurisdictional restrictions;

(k) Using VPNs to mask location.

8. COMPETITION ENTRY

8.1 Entries can be made online or via postal mail, as specified for each Competition.

8.2 Competitions may limit the number of entries. These limits will be displayed on the relevant

Competition page.

8.3 We reserve the right to refuse incomplete or invalid entries and to disqualify those in breach

of the Terms.

8.4 All entries become our property and will not be returned.

8.5 To enter, you must follow the specific instructions for each Competition, including purchasing

Tickets or submitting Postal Entries with the required details.

8.6 Postal Entries: must be sent to Suite 105, Fence House, Fence Avenue, Macclesfield, Cheshire, SK10 1LT with your name, address, telephone number and email, Competition name, and prize choice (if applicable). Postal entries must be

received within the Promotion Period and must be handwritten per entry.

8.7 Postal Entries that do not meet the requirements will be invalid. Valid Postal Entries will be

included in the draw.

8.8 The maximum number of entries per person is specified on each Competition page (the

“Competition Entry Limit”). This includes postal entries.

8.9 Payment for Tickets: prices are set at the point of sale. Payment must be made via the

specified methods. Entry is confirmed once payment clears and we send confirmation email.

8.10 Each individual is permitted to submit a maximum of fifty (50) entries in total, inclusive of postal entries.

Any entries submitted in excess of this limit will be deemed invalid

9. PROMOTION PERIODS

9.1 Each Competition will have specified start and end dates (“Promotion Periods”).

9.2 The draw will take place after the Promotion Period, typically within two business days.

9.3 Extension of Competitions: In the event of technical issues or circumstances preventing the

Competition from running as planned, we may extend the Promotion Period by up to 60 days.

Existing ticket holders will be notified via email of any extension.

10. JUDGEMENT AND WINNER SELECTION

10.1 Winners will be chosen via independent verification (e.g. A certified random number

generator).

10.2 For Skill-based Competitions, only correct entries will be entered into the draw.

10.3 We will make reasonable efforts to contact Potential Winners within 5 days of the draw. If

contact cannot be made or the Winner fails to respond within 30 days, the prize may be forfeited

and awarded to an alternative.

11. WINNER’S DETAILS

11.1 Winners may need to provide proof of identity and eligibility before receiving prizes.

11.2 Winners’ photographs and details may be published unless they notify us in writing of their

preference not to be publicly identified.

11.3 Notification of Winners:

11.3.1 Any Competition Winner(s) are collectively referred to as 'Potential Winner(s)'

. Once a

Potential Winner has been confirmed and verified as a winner, they will be regarded as a

'Winner'

.11.3.2 We will make reasonable attempts to contact Potential Winner(s) using the telephone

numbers and/or email address provided. Entrants are responsible for keeping their contact

details correct.

11.3.3 If a Potential Winner cannot be contacted or fails to confirm acceptance as per clause

11.3.2, The prize may be forfeited.

11.3.4 In case of prize forfeiture, the next eligible entrant may be awarded the prize.

11.3.5 We reserve the right to close or extend Competitions as required for fairness, technical

issues, or other circumstances.

11.3.6 If a Competition closes earlier than advertised, no winner is selected, or the required

ticket threshold is not reached, entrants will be issued a credit equal to the amount paid for their

ticket(s). Credits are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may only be used to

enter subsequent Competitions. All credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. By entering any

Competition, entrants acknowledge and agree to these terms as a condition of entry.

12. PRIZES

12.1 Prizes are as detailed in the specific Competition. No cash alternatives are available unless

explicitly stated or offered at the time of winning.

12.2 Winners are responsible for organising insurance, maintenance, and compliance.

13. PRIZE DETAILS

13.1 The Winner of the Wide Beam Boat Prize will receive:

A fully fitted and furnished wide beam canal boat; of the same or similar specifications to the one displayed or an

alternative of identical specifications

12 months of mooring at a designated marina;

All furnishings as shown or equivalent at the time of prize delivery;

This package is designed to ensure the Winner can move aboard or begin using the boat

immediately, with a mooring included for the first year.

14. PRIZE DELIVERY AND CONDITIONS

14.1 The boat will be delivered to one of the official marinas offered by Prize Collective at the

time of winning. The exact location will depend on availability and may be limited to a single

marina.

14.2 No alternative delivery locations or transport options will be provided.

14.3 There is no cash alternative for this prize. The Winner must accept the boat and associated

package as awarded. If the Winner is unable or unwilling to accept the prize in full, the prize will

be forfeited.

14.4 The Winner is responsible for:

Organising and maintaining valid boat insurance;Covering all maintenance, licensing, fuel, and living costs;

Complying with marina rules and navigation authority regulations;

Renewing mooring arrangements beyond the initial 12-month period, if desired. Retaining ownership of the boat

for the full 12-month period to benefit from the included mooring.

15. STORAGE AND DELIVERY

15.1 We may store prizes for up to 30 days after notification. If unclaimed, the prize may be

forfeited.

16. PUBLICITY

16.1 Winners may be required to participate in publicity, including photographs or videos.

16.2 Personal information of Winners may be published unless they notify us otherwise.

17. YOUR BREACH OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

17.1 Breaching these Terms may result in disqualification and/or legal action. You agree to

indemnify us against losses resulting from your breach.

18. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

18.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by

negligence, fraud, or other unlawful acts.

18.2 We will not be liable for damages or losses arising from your use of the Services unless

caused by our negligence or breach.

18.3 Our maximum liability per incident is £100 unless otherwise required by law.
