REFUND POLICY
At Prize Collective, we are committed to transparency and compliance with UK consumer law.
Refunds on Competition Entries
As all entries to our competitions are classed as services that begin immediately upon purchase (entry into the prize draw), and due to the nature of prize competitions, we do not offer refunds on entry fees once your entry has been submitted and payment has been processed. This is because your entry and ticket numbers are allocated immediately, and the service is considered to have started at the point of purchase. This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which state that the right to cancel does not apply to services that have been fully performed with your consent within the cancellation period.
Duplicate Payments
If you believe you have made a duplicate payment in error, please contact us immediately at hello@prizecollective.com, providing your order details, and we will investigate your request. If a duplicate payment is confirmed, we will issue a refund for the duplicated transaction.
Faulty or Incorrect Transactions
If you believe there has been a technical issue with your purchase or you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction. We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a refund or credit your account.
